Problem
Lagosians experience delays in food delivery and dining due to challenges such as late deliveries, limited restaurant choices, and high delivery fees, leading to frustrations and inconvenience.
Outcome
Based on data from our user testing sessions, the app achieved an average task completion rate of 30%, with users taking an average of 50 seconds to complete tasks. Additionally, the overall user satisfaction score averaged 45%.
INTRODUCTION
This project emerged as a response to a case study challenge within the UX design hiring process initiated by a design agency. Faced with the challenge of creating an innovative solution that not only addresses the complexities of dining and food delivery in Lagos but goes a step further by introducing a unique earning model.

Dining Challenges
In Lagos, while there is a multitude of dining options available, only a few are accessible online. This limited online presence poses challenges for enthusiastic diners, who often encounter frustrations such as the scarcity of dine-in options and the absence of reward systems in existing food delivery apps. The extensive array of dining choices in Lagos presents a double-edged sword, where the excitement of exploration is hindered by the lack of clarity regarding rewards and the limited availability of dine-in experiences.
Delivery Dilemma
Busy individuals find themselves constrained by limited restaurant choices and the looming concern of accumulating high delivery fees. The convenience of food delivery is compromised by a lack of diversity and cost-effectiveness in the current landscape.

With limited time for this challenge, I relied on existing data for my research. Prioritizing agility and efficiency, I opted for a strategy centered on online articles, leveraging a dynamic blend of quantitative and qualitative insights to swiftly gather essential information shaping the dining and delivery app landscape.

The "Pay Now" option provides various choices, including Stable Coins, ATM Card, Paladin Wallet, and Transfer/USSD payments, catering to diverse preferences. This array of payment methods ensures a secure and user-friendly financial transaction experience within the Paladin app.
